Ministry Updates

Kingdom Greetings to each of you. As we move forward with our current ministry objectives for 2022, many wonderful things have been accomplished with the help of God and your support during the years of the COVID pandemic. During the year the World Outreach Worship Center (W.O.W.) continued to grow in spite of the CORONAVIRUS and the spread of COVID-19. Outreach and evangelism were met with some challenges. Yet MRM International was still able to reach the masses with an MRM Outreach packet with valuable information that was given across the community pertaining to salvation, how to unite with the ministry as well as ways for the community to continue to be blessed through the ministry .

MRM continues to give out items from the lending closet to several needy families. Through partners and contributors across the United States MRM is once again able to provide coats, gloves, underclothes and many other needed items during the winter season to local residents for their children. We were able to bless 25 veterans in the Fayetteville VA facility with care boxes.

The Food pantry continues to give out food boxes to the community once a month.

In 2022 MRM partnered with Fayetteville State University in providing care packets to their student center lending store. This partnership is being extended by having future meetings with the student body upon their return for the new semester in August.

MRM is the site location for NCTS@Cumberland. A satellite seminary of the North Carolina Theological Seminary headquartered in Clinton, NC under the leadership of the Founder/President Dr. Varnie N. Fullwood. NCTS@Cumberlnd graduate 12 students in 2022. We are currently taking applications for the 2022-2023 class.

The foreign mission of MRM continues to support it’s now more than 35 churches in Liberia West Africa with new churches in Monrovia as well as growing to 21 churches planted in Malawi Africa under the leadership of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. MRM has rescheduled its 2023 mission trip to Malawi with the Ambassadors and MRM Mission Team from the United States and the MRM Ambassador and team from West Africa in a combined conference.

MRM shipped several boxes of supplies to both West Africa and Malawi so far in 2022 with scheduled shipments remaining.  MRM is looking to sponsor more students and orphan children that will be enrolled in the Eliza Davis Baptist Memorial school in Sinoe County Liberia.

The MRM Bible Institute in Sinoe County, Liberia is still teaching and training pastors, equipping them for the planting and growing church ministry. The institute focus on training pastors in areas such as evangelism, church planting, growing church finances, discipleship, and growing ministry.

Through the grace of God and sponsors, MRM was able in 2021 to purchase a vehicle for the local ministry team in Liberia for the mission, outreach, and for transporting shipments sent to the country from the US.

In 2021 due to the pandemic, MRM launched its virtual global teaching workshops with facilitators from the MRM Educational Team connecting virtually with the ministry teams in Africa. The focus is to assist in the training efforts to broaden the global impact of reaching the masses with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

None of this could have been made possible without the support of our gracious contributors. Your contributions large or small have made a difference. The Board of Directors, our Vice President Beverly Rowden and I are grateful to God for all of our partners and contributor.

As MRM International mission team prepares for its 2023 mission trip to  Africa we solicit your prayers for the team that is made up of missionaries from across the United States.

We are encouraged because of God’s grace and look forward to a more blessed and productive 2023. If you would like to be a part of the MRM International team. Contact us to see where your gift can be best utilized.

Peace & Blessings
